I’ve had a heavy week of copywriting this week – it sometimes works out that way. Along with my holistic life coaching, I provide business coaching for solepreneurs, helping – amongst other things – these talented people to tune into their uniqueness as the basis for all of their marketing positioning.
I also do some “do-it-for-you” services for these same people, writing new websites and creating social media strategies (even building the odd website here and there!).
As part of these processes, we take time to really tune into what makes these founders great at what they do. Not just their practical skills and experience but also their style, their personality, their passions, their quirks – essentially, the them-shaped space where only they fit perfectly. And then we look at the people who need and love this – their ideal people.
I passionately believe that this is a powerful tool in the battle against imposter syndrome, which many of my clients come to me with (both employed and self-employed).
Because no one can do you, better than you. And by connecting with those who need what you do, love what you do and the way you do it, we create wonderful (imposter-free) win-win relationships.
So how’s this relevant to you?
If you’re not a business owner, you might be wondering.
But hear me out. Because if you’re riddled with self doubt, then these same tactics can be helpful. Knowing (and celebrating) your uniqueness is key to having confidence, integrity and assurance in your authority, so you can share it with the world.
This isn’t that easy to do yourself (hello holistic life coach ) but here’s a few questions to get you thinking:
Bringing together these answers will be the starting point of working out what makes you wonderfully, unique you!
